'"What started all this is I had a pet cow as a kid," said The Cow Goddess, or Divine Bovine, who has decorated her '92 Chrysler Le Baron convertible named Betsy II entirely in Holstein black and white- with a rubber hose tail on the back end. There's even ten or so plush cows camped out on the back seat.

I don't get this art-car craze. When I was a kid, my family had dogs, but I've never redone my Honda to look like a Scottish Terrier.
