Recently I had my Art Opening at The McKinney Avenue Contemporary (The MAC).If you weren't there you missed an amazing fun show! I was lucky enough to share an opening with Armando Romero an amazing artist from Mexico, and a themed show curated by Charissa Terranova named Obscure Couture featuring several amazing textile artists Music provided by some of the best DJs in Dallas (Mr. Rid and DJ MUDI of FEVER and DJ El Macho! As an added bonus - Paul Slavens has come up with a Cow Goddess theme song!!! Listen here "Rise of the Cow Goddess". "CG Ingram: CG's Playhouse Based on poignant childhood memories, this project is both a performance and video that unfolds in space as a series of objects that unite modernity and mythologies of the South and ancient cultures. Works include a Swarovski crystal Cow Goddess Aprilia motor scooter (Bullie), a bovine artcar parked in the front lot (Betsy) and a ten-minute bovine-based couture show." This fall has seen a return to my original plan, which is to develop my own show. Yes there will be cows, calves, bulls and maybe even Hathor!
